All orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 1 to 3 business days after payment confirmation. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays. We take great care in packaging your products to protect them during transit—we use secure, durable packaging materials that prevent damage and preserve the quality of our skincare items. Once your order is dispatched, we will send you a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number, so you can monitor the progress of your package every step of the way.
The estimated delivery time for all orders is 6 to 12 business days from the date of dispatch. This timeline is an estimate based on standard shipping services and may vary slightly depending on your location, customs processing (for international orders), and other factors beyond our control. We work with trusted shipping partners to ensure timely delivery, and we will notify you if there are any significant delays in your order.
We ship to almost every country and territory around the world, with a few exceptions due to logistical constraints or international regulations. If we cannot ship to your location, you will be notified during the checkout process. We can ship to P.O. boxes in most countries, but we recommend providing a physical street address when possible to ensure the fastest delivery and avoid any delays.
If your order arrives damaged, lost, or missing items, please contact our customer service team immediately. We will investigate the issue and arrange for a replacement or refund at no cost to you. We ask that you provide photos of any damaged items to help us resolve the issue quickly.
